Delivery Information
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days.
Standard Mainland UK delivery is usually between £1.99 and £3.49 per order and free on orders over £50.
Express Next Day Delivery is from £8.99 for orders placed before 12pm (please note for personalised items this will not be next day, please allow for 1 - 2 days for processing.
All orders are sent from the UK via Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Custom orders may take longer to process so please allow extra time for production.

1st Class Standard UK- 1-2 working days (not guaranteed)
Express Delivery UK - Next day guaranteed
Please note all delivery times stated are for orders placed by 12pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in England). All orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be sent by Tuesday or next working day in the case of bank holidays.
International Delivery
We only ship to the UK via our website.
Return & Refunds
Since most of our items are personalised, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or Incorrect order, please contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as we may begin processing immediately.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery is out of my control but in the hands of Royal Mail. While I aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, I cannot control any delays once it's with the courier. That said, Royal Mail are usually a very reliable service and delays are rare.
